satta9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of your payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. satta9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets, or bank accounts under a different name than the registered Account holder.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the satta9 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. satta9 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

satta9's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
satta9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may interrupt service availability, and satta9 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
satta9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:
satta9 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted at registration and before the processing of any withdrawal. Any Account confirmed to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.
All registered users may apply deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders directly from their Account settings. These controls take effect immediately upon activation and, once set, cannot be relaxed before the end of the defined period. Limits may be tightened at any time.
Users may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which their Account will be disabled. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds, voided winnings, and investigation costs may be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method at satta9's discretion. satta9 is not obligated to return funds where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting satta9 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via your verified payment method.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to satta9's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Disputes relating to individual game rounds or bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event; disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
